Cà La Bionda Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Vigneti di Ravazzol

The balance was substantially better than the last bottle so the sweet fruit was not as sweet this time - but still very present and very pleasant. Additional notes of balsamic vinegar made this truly enjoyable. Taste was long and the mouthfeel great. A superb bottle!

Lots of fruit, chocolate and sweetness. Perhaps too sweet for some but acidity is high making it a balanced experience. Some raisins indicates that it is good to drink now.

Dark color with copper rim. Nose shows raisin and fresh mint. Haven't had an Amarone in years and this was really impressive. Not too sweet, good fruit but nice lively verve.
