Granny Smith apples with a touch of caramel almost spoiled. Wife left me most of bottle as she didn’t care for it. She was right. Not a good choice at any price. Bought at winery and not impressed with anything we purchased there. Sorry guys, I like your story and background not so much your wine.

Bought at winery in April. I’m going to say this was flawed. We drank it and it was beyond sub-par. We have a 2nd bottle that may tell us more. I will say our tasting at the winery was strange, but we bought half a case including some reds, so we will see.

Paired with fresh king. It was a good pairing. The richness of the fish paired well with richness of the wine. This was much closer to the first bottle I opened than the second. Well made, has the viscous texture I expected from a Pinot Blanc. Good acidity Would buy again

Decently made but there was this herbal element I didn't love. Maybe it was the pairing with wings during the Superbowl. Based on this bottle, would not buy again.

Viscous, dense, complex for a white, long finish. The last third of the taste is very intriguing. It starts out full and oily feeling with lots of lemon oil and viscosity then transitions to this remarkably dense finish that surprises and makes you almost think you aren't going to like it, then it blossoms at the end. Really remarkable. Would buy again.

BSR White flowers, Lychee, lemon zest, golden apple, pineapple. A+, LB. Lithe, light, lively. Charming.
