some sediments visible but overall condition was good, fine bubbles, very smooth and no bitter almond aftertaste which I find most rose has. Love it, drank the last drop in no time, somewhat changed my dislike of rose.

Contratto Winery Visit (Contratto in Canelli) : 100% Pinot Noir. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, very light pink colour. Fine bubbles. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of citrus orange, apricot, and yeasty bread. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus orange, apricot, and biscuit. Structure and texture evident. Long finish.
