Azienda Agricola Possa Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà

Crazy heft to the aromas. It smells like brandy, but not quite so potent. This is coupled with notes of pine tar. Very rich. The palate is soft, mild, and creamy. With lots of aeration you get a ton of acid coming through, with more pine. Really nice apricot fruits, too. Big dial up of acid on the tart finish, which is also slightly bitter. Always a fun wine.
