Philippe Chavy Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers des Dents de Chien Blanc

Very nice bottles that we had for New Years. Not the best pairing with blinis and bleak roe but still excellent. Even better on its own. A delicious creamy palate with a fine fresh finish. Could easily take another 5 years in the cellar.
