12.5% alcohol. This really is superb, easy-drinking Chablis. Has simmered down a touch over six months. Tart, focused, good acidity. It's clean, crisp, and a beautiful drink. A-

12.5% alcohol. Light yellow color. Initially reticent nose due to a cool temperature. Really opened up as the temperature, with straightforward but endearingly crisp nose of green apple, oyster shell, and minerals. In the mouth, linear and bright, with tart green apple that gains a strong juicy quality from the acidity. Medium finish. B+/A-
