Lovely complex cortese. Impressive lifted nose of honey, quinine and Sicilian lemon. Great balance between fruit and acid on the palate. Drinking beautifully but would be happy to drink my remainders over next 5 years. A bit of an eye opener .

[Restaurant purchase] Recommendation by the owner at Terzo Tempo in Nizza Monferrato. Normally not a big Gavi fan, but this was probably the best Gavi I ever had. Single vineyard (5 ha). Medium intensity on the nose with pear, ripe green apple, melon, peach, fennel, minerality and a hint of honey. Medium+ acidity, long finish
