Nose: peppery and green. Palate: tart raspberry sour red plum, dried sour cranberry. tomato leaf, tannins are a bit angular; bitter slant on finish with a dusting of earth and clay; brandy notes.

Didn't decant at all and maybe that was my mistake. Good but not great .

Good. Should have decanted! Noticeable tannins and acidity. Once wine opened up a little, nice red fruit notes emerged.

Cherry, graphite, high acidity with finenjntegrated tannins.

Deep ruby in color. Red fruited with some herbal undertones. Good amount of extract, great attack on the palate. Medium grip, medium plus acidity, decent length. Sexy wine. Definitely something I'd look for again.

Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley. Deep ruby/purple color. Aromas of dark plum, soy sauce, licorice, roasted red pepper and bay leaf. Satin texture contrasts with muscular tannins. Juicy on the palate with black fruit, a surprising intensity of raspberry, gravel and licorice. Pleasing mix of fruit and earthiness.
