Vibrant purple, of medium opacity. The nose is a delightful mix of cherry and fruit liqueur, with a whisper of vanilla oak. On the palate it's soft, generous, and lip-smackingly ripe. Not a hugely complex wine - but a very enjoyable one. And at well under £10 it's amazing value. 14.5%, screwcap.

Beautiful bouquet with ripe berries and a some metal minerals. On the palate a juicy wine with dark berries and cherries, cassis, oak, minerals, leather, iron and beautiful acidity. Holds the middle between new world and northern Rhone. Really nice wine with some complexity.
