Hemera Estate Single Vineyard Sparkling

This is a merlot with long legs and some shapely curves. Deep garnet in colour, with an inviting nose. Rich and round in the mouth, with dark plum and mulberry fruits that are quite insistent. The mid-palate is complex and very savoury in nature, with bay leaf, fig and cedar overtones and fine grained oak lending a subtle smokiness to the finish.
