This wine continues to evolve nicely. This wine is all about balance. Tropical fruit notes are complimented by a touch of spice from the well integrated wood. Wonderful depth and texture. The nose is aromatically delicate but intellectual. Ms. Valdez has a bright future in winemaking. Good juice.

Tropical fruit notes combine with notes of baked bread and spice. Medium weight with great depth and texture. Round with low to medium acidity. Good juice.

Tropical fruit combine with well integrated wood to create a wonderful expression of Sonoma Chardonnay. Good depth and structure. I love the mouth feel too. This will continue to improve over the next couple of years.
