Gavi DOCG grown by Castello La Toledana but put out under Azienda Agricola. Bought Majestic UK £12.99 N....apples, pear, honey, rose petal, medium intensity; delightful. C....pale T.....lemon pith, marzipan, almonds, quince, stewed apple; a simple well-made wine with some length from a good yr; acid balances fruit; drink up now. Off-dry in style. VFM?....a solid Quaffer at a fair price, will probably buy again in good seasons.
