This sparkling wine was part of a New Years Eve sparkling wine tasting. It was setup like the College Football Playoffs with 6 teams. This wine went up against Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Casa Farive Extra Dry. Overall people preferred the Prosecco but my preference was this bottle. The Keltis had a nice clean nose and the taste was balanced and not too sweet. I did my own tasting afterwards with this wine against the GH Mumm champagne. The Mumm was …
