Praise the lard! Fully mature and ready to go, lovely blue fruit aromas, a hit of sweetness and still some tannin left to gird the fruit. I'm always nervous opening a big old bottle but this was lovely! Lot's of sediment though.

Very distinctive Vicent Arroyo, moderate sediment. Great food wine. Fruit forward, sweet cherry, some blueberry and a little oak. Well rounded at this point, but could drop some tannin in a little bit. Most Vincent Arroyo wines have very little sediment, this one had a little more than most. Maybe leave it for a few more years.

Good Fruit and the distinctive Arroyo nose. Tannins have softened and made for an elegant PS. Not in a hurry to drink up but do not know if this wine will improve. Enjojed with Braised Buffalo Short Ribs.
