Psagot Rosé

Fruit was a little tired, but the acid was still kicking and it was very drinkable. Perfect for a hot summer day, drink now.

A repelling color! Really!! It reminds me as the first (and last for sure!!!) orange wine I ever tried (not knowing in advance I bought an orange wine). Light to medium body. Medium acidity but a long sweet ending. Very nicely aromatic, Provence at its best... even though it is coming from Israel: citrus flowers, lavender (yes... Provence 😊), citrus (red grapefruit, lime), kiwi, pineapple, pomegranate, strawberries, raspberries... really beautiful. Same complexity and richness on the palate... really enjoyable!
