Nice blanc de noir. 100% Meunier. There was definitely a Flintstone vitamin vibe here which worked with the wine. It went really well with sushi. I think with a little more age this might improve but it was very enjoyable now.

Same info as previous btl. Absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic detail: leaning amber in color with soft mousse. A soft oxidative touch with loads of lemon and a hint of cranberry. Good fruit density on the palate, but also fantastic minerality.

Pop and pour. Disg 07/2022, 0g/L dosage, 100% PM. On the nose: Hazelnut, cranberry. strawberry leaf, cream. Screaming acidity on the palate, strawberry mousse, hazelnut, grapefruit pith on the finish. Very nice!
