Natural wine tasting (K&L Wine Merchant - San Francisco) : Aromas of gently earth soiled plums, the kind of plums with the dark orange flesh, a bit of of gentle honey drizzling down some stems, and orange flowers. Bone dry on the palate with bitter, crushed, almost powdered minerals. Dried orange peel and whole dried orange segments, with a nice earthiness to compliment. Tannin on the finish like steeped tea.
