Sparkling made of Marsanne, which has resulted in an aromatic wine with canned yellow fruits, flowers and some autolysis. Fruity, full bodied, soft and quaffable.

Similar to last note with some fresh bitter notes in the potpourri of flavors.

Far more balanced than the last one, maybe lower temperature was the key. Bright low-acidity sparkling wine with with fruits and floral components. Subtle brioche and still fresh aromatics. Not for fans of traditional champagne.

Bright golden color. In the nose some brioche, quite discrete fruity notes. On the palate also quite mineral, not very expressive, rather low acidity. Interesting, but lacking some character. In the end a bit expensive at 19 euros for what stays a curiosity.

Quite complex sparkling marsanne with an amazing PQR. Floral nose with a lot of salinity and some brioche due to the long aging an the lees. Different than a champagne with less acidity (even if its Brut Nature). But due to the minerality it ads a lot of complexity and depth. It shows, why St. Pray was once one of the largest sparkling wine producing regions world wide.

A totally dry wine, but because of the richness of the Marsanne there is a hint of sweetness which is just the …
