Müller-Grossmann Frühroter Veltliner Göttweiger Berg

Very neutral, limpid, barely pale green color. Cool and refreshing, but also very one-dimensional nose with only aromas of sweet, ripe pear and some Alpine minerality. Dry, bright and quite light-bodied on the palate with great focus and tremendously high, almost bracing acidity. The flavor department feels rather austere with notes of unripe green apple, aromatic herbs, some pear and a hint of steely minerality.
