{screwcap, 12.5%} Still quite pale straw. Watery, pure sort of nose and palate. Lychee and faint citrus. Medium acid. It's tending to purely refreshing rather than truly interesting although I wouldn't hesitate to keep it for curiosity's sake. Dry but juicy & ripe. Medium length finish of some purity.

{screwcap, 12.5%} Faint grey/straw colour. Lean nose of stones, minerals, whiff of grass. Nod towards a shy lychee. Light body, medium acid, quite natural-feeling. Juicy, zesty finish, towards the front palate; grass and stones but more about texture than flavour. Only barely medium length finish. Might blossom with time, might not. Hard to call.

{screwcap, 12.5%} Almost colourless. Apple and a bit of talc. Faint lemon curd, but subtle. Fresh spritzy acid, light/medium weight. Dry but juicy palate, nicely balanced, of about medium length. Doesn’t seem structured for long aging, but will be lovely over five years.
