Very fun wine, not classic one, has some flowery and fig notes, deep and interesting taste, feels warm (Vinoir)

Bubble gum, hibiscus, fennel (including the fronds), pomegranate, orange peel, baked banana and preserved white peaches on the nose. You know when you deglaze a pan with wine during cooking? This smells exactly like that smells. The palate adds passion fruit and (uncooked) banana. Medium + body, medium + acid, medium finish. Great rosato!
