Slow oxy’d for 4 hours and enjoyed the evolution at various times on the way. After 4 hrs this was singing and had a surprising amount of kirsch liquor. Tannins had resolved nicely. An excellent wine and ready to drink with proper air.

Nose of baked black cherries studded with singed rosemary switches. Also pine forest floor/composted pine needles and spice. Full-bodied, this is sturdy and a bit heavy with flavors of earth, sweet black cherry juice and some hot rocks. This is a bit heavy-handed for me, but is quite good nonetheless.
