Covey Run Riesling Late Harvest Reserve

Good fruit smell and taste, but it was almost overpowered by the acid. It made it a bit more harsh than I think a sweet white wine should be. The sugar in it gave it sort of a honey taste and feel, and helped with the acidity. It wasn't as well balanced as I was expecting, but still quite good.

Light pear and sugar cane nose. Nice pear and peach fruit upfront, no middle, v modest acidity until the 'third quarter', but comes with a decent pear finish. 11.5%
