Very similar experience to last TN. Decanted min 1hr. Throwing off a little more sediment, bottle interior was coated with a fine haze of residue. Pronounced nose of tertiary dark red fruit, black currant jam and roasted figs with cured meat. Luscious on the palate with layers of fruit and savoury elements. Medium plus finish. Good integration. Paired well with Reverse Sear Steak.

Decanted for ~1hr but it was raring to go. Dark Crimson Garnet. Pronounced nose of ripe and dried dark red and black fruits - crème de cassis and black cherry. Vanilla & liquorice. Medium plus to full body but supple and sleek with well integrated tannins and alcohol (15%!!). Easy to drink on its own but went well with seared flank steak salad.
