This is a tough one. Not really sure how to describe this wine — there’s not much that stands out, ultimately to its detriment. Very restrained nose. The taste is lemon/citrus notes, but the acid/tartness is too high for me — puts it out of balance. I get a little pear and maybe some other exotic fruit, but there’s a slight bitterness (almost stale marijuana smoke flavor) that kinda ruins it for me. I want to like it, but I’m …
