First sake. Very clear in glass. Light lemon on nose. Light lemon and melon on palate. Laser crisp. Just not my thing but heavy abv at 15%.

Very clean, well-made, polished...if a bit too polished. It's lost almost all of the rough edges that make a good sake (or wine) distinctive. Enjoyable, but not particularly memorable.

Very pale stone color with a bit of cloudiness. Nose is fresh and clean, with juniper, stone fruits, lychee. Palate is fairly heavy viscosity, creamy, fruit/melon, honey, rice, fairly long finish. Really enjoyable, and especially at the price point this is fantastic.

really good had with fried chicken!!

At sushi eatery, added cucumber to our glasses, still the smoothest ever and great pairing w all dishes.

Light straw colored Fairly light (12%) junmai A bit thin, but very passable restaurant sake

Clear colorless Light dry tutti frutti flavors, Incredibly light feel like snowmelt and honeysuckle

Excellent and well made, but a modern take -- some will like that, I prefer a more traditional style.

So rich, bright, vibrant and layered with flavors on the pallet that linger so nicely with my first bite of uni. Really impressive bottle from a French winemaker.

Sake like never had before! Impressed my Korean friends parents who regularly drink, and changed my view. Clear as day, smooth as butter, wonderful flavors melded together near perfectly. Had 1 glass and left bottle for them, next bottle more detailed notes. A recommended buy, at least try if come across.

Water clear. Light anis on the nose. Anis is the dominate tasting note in this very clear and crisp sake. Excellent for outdoors in the summer.

Very clear with a slight greenish tinge. Lemon water and sweet breadfruit on the nose. Very pure sake with lemon water, sweet starch, and a banana finish. Very nice.
