Quinta Santa Eufêmia Porto Vintage

Drank with a blue cheese & havarti fondue served. The wine straight out of the bottle had aromas of walnuts and with air developed some brown sugar character. The port, despite being a tawny, was still quite dark and ruby in color. I found the body of the wine to be moderately fruity and very drinkable, with or without food. The bottle has maintained its character for 6 days now.
