Gentle apple and lime tinged aromas. Easy, gentle palate, with initially vigorous bubbles settling down to a finer bead. Pleasant enough, but soft and with a quite short finish. Dry, ripe. Dcent crement style. By glass at sous Le Soleil

Soft with apple and almost a slight almond or marzipan aroma. Does have just a slight mineral edge, but just a hint. Lower acidity than many sparkling wines, which leaves it tasting a bit flat. For under $15 this is a nice sparkler, but nothing special. Likely good for sparkling wine cocktails.

Pale jasmine color. On the nose this immediately smells sugary, bfore wilting over into a richer buttery aroma. On the palate this is dominated by a flinty minerality. However there is very little acid, leaving this somewhat flaccid and dull. Easy drinking but not much more.

Medium-sized bubbles that have no effervescent action after the initial taste. a touch too sweet, with green apple, yeast, and lemon/citrus. some type of unpleasant aftertaste. decent, but for the $s, you can do much better.
