(Weeknight w Mich&Bo) Clean red berries, rusty leather pong on initial pouring, sweetening considerable with time in glass, showing juicy orange peels, bitter stalk, stems. Perfumy, sweet and silky with a streak of savoury umami and strawberry/raspberry, finishing fine with white peper. Considerable purity (if somewhat monolithic, and uncharacteristic of the Yarra), sweetness, transparency and length. Special!
