Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Pinot Noir Confidentiel

Pale ruby to garnet. Fresh mulch, charred bell pepper, and red berries on the nose. Very natural. Light+ body, Light tannins, high acidity. A lot of power on the front. Unripe cherries and some other red fruits, but not sure what.

Good example of the house style with reds - slightly elevated VA (but not too much - they kind of nail this more often than not). This one might have like 5% too much tbh. VA gives way to cherries and a finish of stewed stone fruit. I’ll probably cellar what I have left for another year or two.

Medium plus nose shows all kinds of funky fun notes, cranberry, orange peel, light earth, rose petal, cedar, some "natural" feeling notes. Palate is absolutely fabulous, fresh, complex, dried red tones, orange zest, incredible energy, finish frames it all with youthful dry and light tannins. Drink now or hold, and get some if you can.

Territoriet litt rå fersk nese. Sursøt frukt tilgjengelig, fin eik, god balanse.
