A delightful Beaujolais, aromatic with beautiful deep ruby color and great clarity, abundant acidity with drying tannins on the finish. Tasted great with a sauteed salmon dinner, wish I could deliver some proper tasting notes ... like bramble or similar! A few hours in, this is an excellent bottle. Tons of fruit, juicy acidity to match, and delightful ready to eat tannins.
