Direkt nach dem Öffnen etwas unsauber, dann aber deutliche Entwicklung (typisch Naturwein), schöne Frucht, reife Gerbstoffe - am zweiten Tag noch besser.

Vino naturale: tanto frutto (mirtillo, ciliegia), un po' di stallatico e acido che bilancia. Corpo leggero, zero alcool e fatto bene. Ricorda moltissimo i vini di La Stoppa.
