Last bottle. Was far superior to the 2013 Siduri Santa Lucia we had alongside it. The VML was more vibrant and food friendly

Pretty much the same impression as when we drank it 05/31/2015 - a big 'ol fruit bomb. This really is a hot mess of sugar, alcohol, and cherries that is hard to put down. From open to 3 hours in there is little change. A party wine similar in style to Belle Glos

This is a very strong QPR, IMHO. Yes, it is very fruit forward, but unlike Meiomi, for instance, this comes across with clear cherry and spice notes. Simply, this tastes like a New World Pinot I would expect to pay $40-$50. There is a small candied tone to the fruit that is a little over the top, but otherwise this is a fantastic wine.

Totally disagree with the previous review. I'm not a huge fan of Wine Spectator but I think their score of 93 is justified. This is wine was plush and very flavorful. For $23 a bottle it's probably the best value of any wine I've ever seen. Many thanks to The Wine Exchange for promoting this wine.

The nose offers deep dark fruit notes. Blackberry and strawberry on the palate, with spice and a hint of cola. There is a firm acidity which is balanced. Could use a little time to integrate and open.

Wine Spectator gave this wine a 93. I just don't see it. This is the type of Pinot Noir that drives the IPOB (In Pursuit of Balance) crowd nuts. The wine was decanted but I snuck a whiff and taste and Bam!- Jolly Rancher Cherry, not a good sign. I like Cali fruit bombs but this struck me as a sweet, sappy mess. An hour later it calmed down significantly and while the jam and alcohol (14.8%) were still evident …

Needed a little to open up after the pour, but great flavor after. Let it breathe and it's awesome! Great value. Great wine!

A full fruit attack Pinot...which seems to be a thing lately. I can see why this would be a crowd-pleaser. Lots of fruit flavor, but not much balance. I get it. Just not my style.
