Rose petals, ripe strawberries, dried leaves and graphite on the nose. Smells elegant, with a medium intensity of aromas. The palate adds seaweed, meaty mushrooms and ripe raspberries. Overall, it tastes pretty umami-driven, with a medium + intensity of flavors. Texturally rounded. Structurally, quite nice. Medium bodied with medium + acid and grippy medium + tannins. Developing.
