Santi Apostoli Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie

Color: clear, pale straw Nose: light green apple and peach citrus, slate Flavor: starts very soft stone fruit; finishes very tannic and mineraly Mouthfeel: after about 30 minutes it quickly softens from sharp tannic to a smooth, round and a bit chewy; short finish Had this bottle with a homemade Carbonara dish. It matched well with this and I would definitely drink again. However, it's not a very complex PG but for about $10 its a nice bottle.
