Alas, fallen off badly. Honey and all the nuance of fruit is gone.

Sadly, past its prime. Honeyed and almost oxidized. Drink em if you've got em!

Wine Cellar 2005 Burgundy tasting (Wine Cellar) : Again, the nose has cheese and dusty notes but this time, some chlorinated swimming pool elements. There is also a sweet toasty oak. The palate is more pleasant with good fruit intensity, some tightness to the mid-palate with mineral-edged acidity, wood spices with nuts, and a lick of butter and resinous notes. I like the structure here; the texture is sticky, oily like Viognier but with a more acidic kick!
