The nose leans savory and tactile: dried apricot, bruised apple skin, orange peel, chamomile, and tea leaf, with an undercurrent of crushed stone, fennel pollen, and a faintly oxidative, cider-like edge that feels intentional rather than tired. On the palate, phenolic grip replaces tannin, giving a chewy, lightly astringent texture.

Such an interesting nose. Savory, nutty, a bit of sherry, really complex, darn interesting.

Others find it sherry like, I don't, dried apricot fruit and linear. Lively on the palate.

Almost and orange wine. And I forget what they said the point of this wine was. Certainly interesting, but need more than one glass to explore.

A bit of bruised golden apple to the nose. And then a little bit dried out and bitter. Interesting and intense.
