Overnight at Sydenham; 11/26/2022-11/27/2022 : Lovely enticing nose - apricot? Some bitterness, almost like beer. Lime. Interesting but didn't really enjoy

Crisp, lemony and saline with bitter lemon notes and a creamy finish. Pretty lean initially but fills out over night with peachy notes. Very nice. Think English albarino

Very pale lemon. Ripe peach, apricot, blossom and some lemon & lime nose. Good body with strong acidity. Bit more on the palate with apricot, peach, blossom, green apple, lime, touch of melon and grass. Nice fresh citrus finish. Nice weight in the mouth and sharp flavour intensity balancing alongside the acidity & body.
