Domaine Robert Chevillon Bourgogne-Aligoté

I think this is in its prime right now. Perfect accompaniment to steamed mussels in white wine. Awesome. On the muscular side of Aligote. Some oak presence but also balanced by mighty dollop of chalk. Great yellow citrus flavors and lemon. Nice!
