Nez complexe et intense , citron, pierre à fusil, magnolia, , tilleul, violette, un soupçon de miel, très rond, complexe , long en bouche. Impressionnant!

Fresh, citrus, firm, crisp acidity and with a lovely twist of aromatic finish courtesy of the Malagousia in the blend. As always well made, elegant and very enjoyable. Good now but would easily evolve for a few years. 90-91

From 75cl, DIAM 5 closure which, unlike the one in my previous bottle (three days ago, same restaurant, from same case of wine stored in the same fridge) hasn't yet led to any obvious deterioration. No bitterness, no muscat-grapey notes, but all the positive grip, concentration and acid verve previously noted. From 75cl, DIAM 5 closure. Best served straight from the ice-bucket, this chunky, weighty dry white (texturally reminiscent of a good Grüner Veltliner Smaragd) showed some discordant bitter and muscat-rasiny-sweet notes as it warmed up, which clashed unpleasantly with grilled fish and even fresh bread and olive oil in an idyllic sea-side taverna on the east coast of Pelion. Obviously a serious effort, the inferior closure indicates that it is designed for quick consumption. Malagousia/Assyrtiko blend. 88(-89?)P

Light yellow color; aromatic, lemon, tart pear nose; crisp, tasty, lemon, tart citrus palate with bright medium acidity; reminiscent of a Macon.; medium-plus finish

12.5% - Clear, med to pale lemon / clean, med to low intensity - passion fruit, pineapple, floral, spicy / dry, med acidity, med- body, med intensity, med- length, rather unidimensional, but a pleasant wine.

The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit and apricot. It tastes like grapefruit, apricot and mineral. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

A private lunch (Restaurant Sinne *, Amsterdam, NL) : Wonderfully aromatic nose, peach, passionfruit, elderflower, spicy minerality, good depth; the palate is juicy and fresh, with a sweetness from the ripe fruit, clean and pure, attractive floral lift; good length. Very moreish.
