Simple, plain red wine. Didn't say Barbera in any useful way. Unflawed and fine with dinner but no more. Glad this came from the closeout bin.

Poured from last third of bottle at Golden Truffle. Don't know how long it's been out but it was showing very well. Didn't realize i've had this before. Smooth dark fruit. Leathery texture. Good body but on the simple side as far as flavours are concerned. Nice mellow acidity on the finish yet quite juicy.

Good medium bodied wine. Smooth subdued fruit (in a good way). Quite acidic on the finish but went well with food.
