Lovely complex nose, but the wine itself falls a little short. It might be past its peak. On tasting, earthy dark fruit notes dominate, but a hint of bitterness or olive kind of notes come up front and sort of throw it off track. Stays on the palate, but not a ton of acid left to help this evolve as you taste it. Feels higher alcohol than the 13.3% labeled.
