Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : Medium minus intensity aromas are meaty, cherry, rhubarb…more of the same on the palate, slightly sour snakes with a jubey underpin, talc textured tannins dry things out. Hmm

Carbonic maceration prettiness, stalky spices, jubey but muted berry over cherry fruit. Juicy, fleshy, silky tannic burr, a little savoury and stalky on the finish. Hmm, fruit is a little muted.
