Weekly tasting group #010; Old World Cabernet Franc (@ MM) : Fairly deep bouquet with even some graphite. Slightly sweet start with the typical Loire cherries paprika and also some berry fruits. Light bodied. Fresh acidity and dissolved tannin. A little bitterness in the short finish. Elegant wine.
2003 vintage
