Decanted 1hr, cellared for nearly 9 years, last tasted April, 2016. Very nice balance between the tart cherry, cassis, plum and earth, oak and acidity. Still vibrant, with a lovely soft finish.

PNP, last tasted 3/2011, tannins have integrated but not completely, a bit one dimensional. The nose has some plum, heat, and hints of green. The palate is pruned, with some veggies notes, a bit of spice helps the low complexity, firm acidity and still a few years left of life.

Pop n pour. No heat. Dark. Fresh. Very easy to drink. Lots of menthol and raspberry on the nose. Palette reveals dark fruit. Blackberry ,black cherry, cassis, vanilla, a touch of plum and oak. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Not extremely complex, but not a simple wine by any means. Long finish. Very enjoyable. I wish I had more.

Great nose - dark and lush wine that was very enjoyable.

Interesting bottle. Mixed initial verdict ultimately was thumbs up. A bit hot on opening. Not their best effort but certainly drinkable.

Decanted 1 hr, some dark fruit, and spicey undertones, good structure, tannins dominate at this point, needs time, maybe tannins will intergrate, never soften over the 2hrs it took to drink. Based on this bottle, it will be a battle between the fruit and the tannins, who will win? 88?++

Super dark color, almost black. Dark fruit, licorice, graphite and some really deep spice. It doesn't seem near ready or it never will be. It's really tannic, which would be ok, but they are almost astringent. This is a day two note also, had a baby sip on day one and said "no way! Not touching for 24 hours.". Wouldn't purchase again, way too much out there better and much less expensive.
