Here we go Spanish grenache :) Very light in color, opaque. 👃 Red berries, smoky, cherry 👅 High acidity, more red berries, leather, light body. Packs a surprising punch in contrast to the color. I'd like to say sophisticated, good stuff. Someone said bio wine - is this natural too?

Nearly transparent ruby red. Nice aromas. Delicate flavors of red berries predominately: strawberries and red current, with some rhubarb and bitter herbs. Medium-bodied, somewhat clenched, with a clipped finish and drying tannins. Much drier than I was anticipating. It shut down with air. Interesting nose and complex, filigreed flavors undermined by the overall experience. Perhaps it was just too young.

Utrolig lys - helt transperant. Vild dybde i syrerig rød frugt og fin struktur.

A private tasting with friends (Hotel Jean Moët, Épernay, France) : Tasted blind. Correctly identified as Sierra do Gredos. Very light colour, macerated and spiced strawberries, wonderfully fresh, firm but not drying tannins, very good length. My kind of wine, but certainly not for everybody tonight.
