Notes of biscuits and lemon on the nose The palate is well balanced, with fine bubbles, reasonable dosage Quite long in the mouth It's good

Half bottle Starts with some strong apple, with a bit vanilla cream and hints of minerals concluded by a slighty bitter finish. Quite good medium creamy body with a nice slim finish which makes the wine drink more easily and elegant. On the next day, even more pure apple notes, in particular rather thick bruised apple taste. While the slight bitterness is still present. Overall much better than their rose.

Not a pleaser cause some sharpness, but it's a characterful champagne with interesting fruityness. Already lookimg forward to the next one

Excellent intermediate style champagne. Not too much lemon or too much pastry and yeast. Great with baked cheese puffs.

Very nice nose: clean green apple, and a touch of toast. On the palate, the bubbles are very expansive, like a highly carbonated soda, but loads of green apple, intense acidity, and a refreshing finish. A touch harsh on the palate, but overall ok.

Very crisp and clean. Beautiful nose, which along with everything from my last note suggested something like green tea or mild wasabi (weird, I know, but good).

Notes from after open for a few hours. Pure lime and a hint of brioche, a touch of richness and a hint of menthol. Great acidity on the palate, more bright citrus and a lemony finish.

Disgorged Jan 2017, based predominantly on the 2012 vintage. Mineral brioche at first, followed by more minerality. On the palate, great acidity, and bright citrus/lemon with more minerality following suit. Very clean and crisp.

A bit too oxidized for my taste. In .375 I possibly held this bottle too long. Maderized and even a little musty. The longer I held it in the glass, the more pronounced the negatives became. Beyond what I'd call palatable.

Our last one and sad to see them go. Really quite the bang for the buck with this one.

Very nice all-round champagne. A bit on the soft side but very pleasant, and this was spectacular picnic drinking a couple of years ago.

Simple but quite enjoyable and a very good QPR. Yeasty bread dough on the nose and palate along with some acidic zing. Mild yellow fruit flavors and a hint of sweetness.

A little cat piss, yeast, quince, and other yellow fruits. The palate is bright and fresh with more quince some lychee, lemon seeds and a hint of salt. Clean acidic finish. Love it.

(Half bottle, bottled 2008, so the wine must be at least 6,5 years old) Appearance: Rich yellow, towards golden. Nose: Mature red berries fruit, raspberry, bread. Taste & palate: Very rich, mature, almost sweet fruit (despite low dosage), clean, transparent, wonderful freshness / acidity, quite long aftertaste. Very good champagne for around 13 EUR for the half bottle.

Quite a nice Champagne for the $$. Other than being a touch on the sweet side it is rich and has enough complexity to pair well with food. A buy for less than $30.

Ici, le dosage est à 7g/litre, la pomme verte bien acidulée se présente franchement et donne une belle sapidité à cette cuvée.

A much better showing than a bottle I opened only last month, which I believe suffered from bottle shock. This bottle was much better, with a clean palate, good transparency, lithe and pure. Nice showing. Brought to the Tracys' holiday party across the street.

Good purity and freshness, but not very interesting. Notes of marzipan and a light hint of almond. Simple.

Really nice, very good qpr. No analytical notes on this - it was totally addictive stuff on a hot summer picnic. Would buy more.

Pale metal coloured woth golden reflections. Generous yeast and bread nose - very fine! The taste is reflecting the nose and in that sense ok, but lacking some acidity. Overall a fine rather complex Champagne just missing the last elements in being outsatnding. Drink now.
