Underwhelmed. Typical Nsg nose with a mix of dark red & plummy notes. Typical dark red fruit on pallet. Where it shines...a complex layered dark & light red fruit mid pallet, the highlight. Trails off like a typical village wine. Might improve with age, good but not great.

Amazing wine as from opening, but really hitting its stride after a double decant and a few hours in the bottle. Intense cherry and floral aromas, some oak/vanilla (but high quality!) earthy tones, great texture. This will become magical.

Bottle 1754/2640. Very attractive bouquet with strawberry, vanilla and flowers. Soft and enticing. Easy to like. Reminded me of Guilbert-Gillet. 92-93

Medium+ nose intensity with notes of red cherry, strawberry, red currant. Still youthful. Need time.
