Opened at 48F, warming to 52F and initially, I was a little worried as the acidity wasn't as dominant, nor the fruit as expressive as my prior bottle. Almond, stone and peach on the nose - very aromatic. Nearly medium bodied and just a stunningly beautiful young riesling. Peach and green apple upfront, backed by lemon and citrus. Finishes with almond, stone, spice and mint. Simply outstanding acidity and minerality throughout and as the wine warmed, the acidity got even stronger.
