Exactly what I expected from a Chablis - lemony tart on the tongue that rounds out with a more typical Chardonnay textures. Mineral finish. Delicious.

Very pale. Classic Chablis nose of flint, minerals and citrus blossoms. Tart entry that smooths out with air to reveal the underlying chardonnay fruit. Still young, but due to the high acidity and underlying fruit will gain complexity in a few more years. Stored well, this wine should continue to develop for years to come.
